   1. Information We Collect

   Through contact forms, application forms or the payment flow we collect information such as name, surname, email, phone, national ID (only for invoicing), address and message content. In addition, technical logs such as browser type, IP address and page visit time are kept for security purposes.

   The collected information is used to provide the requested service, fulfil invoicing/record-keeping obligations, communicate with you, and secure the site. Marketing messages are not sent without your explicit consent.

   Our site does not use marketing or profiling tracking cookies. Only essential session cookies (language preference, session state) are used. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as expected in that case.

   4. Third-Party Service Providers

   Your card payments are processed via iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. with 3D Secure; card details are never stored on LLM Turkey servers and are sent directly to iyzico. We also use authorized providers for email delivery and hosting. These providers access data only within the scope of the service and under contractual limits.

   5. Data Security

   Information you submit is transmitted encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. On the server side, it is protected by logical and physical measures accessible only to authorised personnel. Still, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure; we take all reasonable measures.

   Your personal data is retained as long as necessary to provide the service or fulfil legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. For invoice and financial records the periods foreseen by Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and the Turkish Commercial Code apply.
