Delivery & Service Terms

Services purchased through LLM Turkey consist of digital training and consultancy. No physical products are shipped; the following terms relate to digital service access.

   1. Nature of the Service

   Purchased products consist of digital training programs offered by LLM Turkey Academy (e.g. EvalOps Specialist bootcamp), live online sessions, recorded lesson materials, and consultancy services.

   2. Time to Grant Access

   Within at most 3 (three) business days after the payment reaches the Seller's account, access information (registration link, calendar, materials portal) is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer at checkout. Calendar-based programs such as the bootcamp begin on the announced start date.

   3. Service Duration

   The individual bootcamp program runs for 12 weeks. Access to recorded content is provided for 6 (six) months after the program ends. Extensions are at the Seller's discretion.

   4. Technical Requirements

   To receive the services smoothly, the Buyer is expected to use a modern web browser, a stable internet connection, and a device with camera/microphone access for live sessions. The Seller is not responsible for access issues arising from the Buyer's own hardware/infrastructure.

   5. If Access Is Not Granted

   If access information is not received within 3 business days despite completed payment, the Buyer should report the situation to team@llmturkey.com. The Seller will resolve the issue or proceed with a refund within at most 2 business days from the report.

   6. Account Security

   Access credentials assigned to the Buyer are for personal use only and may not be shared with third parties. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their account.

7. 07

   7. Force Majeure

   In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, public authority decisions, general internet infrastructure outages or similar events, the Seller may postpone delivery of the service for a reasonable time. During this period the Buyer's rights are preserved; a refund or transfer to a later period may be requested.
