Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically via llmturkey.com between the Seller identified below and the Buyer, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER: The consumer who provides their name, surname, national ID, email, phone and address during the payment step.

   2. Subject

   The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the digital training service ordered by the Buyer electronically via llmturkey.com, the qualities and price of which are stated below, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

   3. Nature and Price of the Service

   The service is the EvalOps Specialist individual bootcamp program offered by LLM Turkey Academy. The content, duration, start date and total price (VAT included) are clearly shown to the Buyer before the payment step and confirmed by the Buyer. Payment may be made via credit/debit card (iyzico, 3D Secure) or bank transfer (EFT/wire), either in a single payment or in two installments under the terms in Section 4.

   4. Payment in Installments (EFT / Bank Transfer)

   When paying by bank transfer/EFT, the Buyer may choose to pay the price in two installments. If payment in installments is chosen, the following terms apply in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 on installment sales contracts: a) Cash price and total installment price: The cash (single EFT payment) price of the service and the total installment price are the same. No maturity difference, interest or additional fee is charged for paying in installments (annual interest rate: 0%). All amounts include VAT and are shown to the Buyer at the payment step. b) Number, amount and due dates of installments: The price is paid in two installments; no separate down payment is taken. The 1st installment is paid when ordering, and the 2nd installment one month after the date the 1st installment reaches the Seller's account. The installment amounts, the due date of the 2nd installment and the payment code to be written in the transfer description are shown to the Buyer on the payment result and order tracking pages. c) Start of the service: The registration becomes active when the 1st installment reaches the Seller's account; the performance period in Section 8 runs from that date. d) Early payment: The Buyer may pay the 2nd installment at any time before its due date. e) Withdrawal and refunds: The right of withdrawal for installment payments is subject to the same terms as in Sections 6 and 7. For withdrawal or cancellation before the program starts, the installment already paid is refunded and the 2nd installment is not claimed. Cancellation after the program has started gives no right to a refund and does not cancel the 2nd installment. f) Late payment: If the 2nd installment is not paid on its due date, the Seller notifies the Buyer by email or phone and grants an additional period of at least 30 (thirty) days. If payment is still not made within this period, the Seller has the right to claim the unpaid installment and to suspend performance of the service (access to live sessions and course content) until payment is made. No default interest or penalty is charged.

   5. General Provisions

   The Buyer declares that they have read and understood the essential qualities, sale price, payment method, performance time and right of withdrawal information regarding the service on llmturkey.com, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages arising from inaccurate information of the payment instrument used by the Buyer (credit card, bank account, etc.).

   6. Right of Withdrawal

   Provided that performance of the service has not yet started, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the Agreement, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Withdrawal notice may be sent in writing to team@llmturkey.com. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the Buyer's consent, and for digital content delivered electronically on demand. For cancellation requests made before the bootcamp start date, the full amount paid will be refunded.

   7. Cases Where Withdrawal Is Unavailable

   The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the bootcamp has started, once access to lesson recordings / live sessions has been granted, or once consumption of digital content has begun. In such cases the amount paid is not refunded and, for installment payments, the 2nd installment remains due. Cancellation by the Seller and deficient performance of the service are governed by the Refunds & Cancellation terms.

   8. Performance

   The service is initiated through the channels disclosed to the Buyer within at most 7 (seven) days after the payment (for installment payments, the 1st installment) reaches the Seller's account. The dates and content of the bootcamp follow the previously announced calendar; in cases of force majeure, the Seller reserves the right to postpone the program with reasonable notice to the Buyer.

   9. Dispute Resolution

   Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence, within the monetary thresholds determined annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

10. 10

    10. Entry Into Force

    This Agreement enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order on the site and completes payment. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms of the Agreement.
