Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically via llmturkey.com between the Seller identified below and the Buyer, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

    1. Parties

BUYER: The consumer who provides their name, surname, national ID, email, phone and address during the payment step.

    2. Subject

    The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the digital training service ordered by the Buyer electronically via llmturkey.com, the qualities and price of which are stated below, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

    3. Nature and Price of the Service

    The service is the EvalOps Specialist individual bootcamp program offered by LLM Turkey Academy. The content, duration, start date and total price (VAT included) are clearly shown to the Buyer before the payment step and confirmed by the Buyer. Payment may be made via credit/debit card (iyzico, 3D Secure) or bank transfer (EFT/wire).

    4. General Provisions

    The Buyer declares that they have read and understood the essential qualities, sale price, payment method, performance time and right of withdrawal information regarding the service on llmturkey.com, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages arising from inaccurate information of the payment instrument used by the Buyer (credit card, bank account, etc.).

    5. Right of Withdrawal

    Provided that performance of the service has not yet started, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the Agreement, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Withdrawal notice may be sent in writing to team@llmturkey.com. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the Buyer's consent, and for digital content delivered electronically on demand. For cancellation requests made before the bootcamp start date, the full amount paid will be refunded.

    6. Cases Where Withdrawal Is Unavailable

    The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the bootcamp has started, once access to lesson recordings / live sessions has been granted, or once consumption of digital content has begun. In such cases, the Buyer's rights and obligations are determined under the staged refund rules on the Refunds & Cancellation page.

    7. Performance

    The service is initiated through the channels disclosed to the Buyer within at most 7 (seven) days after the payment reaches the Seller's account. The dates and content of the bootcamp follow the previously announced calendar; in cases of force majeure, the Seller reserves the right to postpone the program with reasonable notice to the Buyer.

    8. Dispute Resolution

    Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence, within the monetary thresholds determined annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

    9. Entry Into Force

    This Agreement enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order on the site and completes payment. The Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the terms of the Agreement.
