Refunds & Cancellation

The following terms apply to LLM Turkey Academy services purchased through llmturkey.com. This document is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

   1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

   The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the Agreement, provided that performance has not started, without any justification. The withdrawal notice is sent in writing to team@llmturkey.com; the refund is made via the original payment method within 14 days from receipt of the notice.

   2. Cancellation Before Bootcamp Starts

   For cancellation requests made before the program's start date, the entire amount paid is refunded to the Buyer without any deductions. The refund period is 14 business days from receipt of the request.

   3. Cancellation After Bootcamp Starts

   The following staged refund applies to cancellation requests made after the program starts: · Within the first week: 75% refund · By the end of week 2: 50% refund · By the end of week 3: 25% refund · From week 4 onwards: no refund. This schedule applies because access to digital content and live sessions has been granted.

   4. Cancellation by Us

   If the program is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, force majeure or operational reasons attributable to the Seller, the full amount paid is refunded to the Buyer within 14 business days via the original payment method. The Buyer may alternatively request transfer to the following program period.

   5. Refund Method and Timing

   Refunds for card payments are processed via iyzico to the bank of the original card; the time for the refund to appear on the card depends on the bank's policy (typically 2–10 business days). EFT/wire payments are refunded to the IBAN provided by the Buyer.

   6. Deficiency in Service Delivery

   If the service is not delivered in accordance with the content and duration announced to the Buyer, the Buyer may request remediation of the deficiency, a reasonable price reduction, or re-delivery of the service. Such cases are reported in writing to team@llmturkey.com.
